Hey, I'm Alex.

I'm a personal trainer who specializes in helping people surpass their physical limitations.

Since 2015 I've worked with a broad spectrum of clientele, from fit young adults to older folks with joint replacement and Parkinson's disease and everyone in-between. Most clients have surpassed what they thought was possible.

I deliver these results through a blend of audacious optimism and technical expertise with regards to the human body. My degree in Exercise Science and genuine curiosity about all things human movement have equipped me with the potent concepts and tools that will help you achieve your goals. I tailor training sessions to address strength, mobility, and specific imbalances and coordination deficits while taking the time to fully educate my clients.

When I'm not helping clients meet their goals you can find me running ultra-marathons through the Cascades, noodling around on my guitar, or working through my stack of historical fiction novels.

Alex knows your limitations and doesn’t push you beyond your abilities to the point that you injure yourself. It really helps me to have someone to give me direction, check on my form, and challenge me to do more than I would do on my own. Alex guides me through what I should be doing with detailed instruction.
