  • How long does it take to start seeing results? It's typical to see improvements in Strength and Mobility within the first 2-4 weeks of training as we begin become familiarized with muscles and movement patterns that haven't seen the light of day for a while.

  • Can I participate in this kind of exercise if I have joint replacements, arthritis, or an other orthopedic limitations? Yes! Not only can you but you should. This type of guided personal training targeted at improving strength, mobility, and coordination is exactly what your joints need to regain their health.

  • What are the benefits of working with a personal trainer? Having someone to ensure that your technique is appropriate and your workouts are structured around your goals and limitations is in and of itself a huge benefit. Beyond that working with someone who is very likely much more interested in exercise than yourself ensures you are working with someone who is constantly exposing themselves(and thus you) to new training methodologies that can be of great benefit that you may not have been exposed to otherwise.
